Who God is

Most people whom I have conversed with or who expressed ideas in reference to God always viewed God as being on a human plane and being under the same constraints as we measly humans are under. They view Him as a greater being who “watches” humans, has an interest in them and judges them by what they do. Many atheists and agnostics examine what they call the idea of God (God is however not an idea but a reality) in an impossible, unrealistic and one may say very dishonoring way when they begin to ask stupid questions such as “Who created God?”, “What does God eat?”, “Where is God?”, “Why can’t we see God?”, “When does God sleep?” or “How old is God?”. One can rightly say God does NOT exist if any of these questions about “him” could be answered to the asker’s understanding. Whenever a true Christian mentions the name of “God”, we are referring to the One and only True God, the One who created heaven and earth and sustains all things. We are NOT talking about the god that was created. We are NOT speaking of the god that has to eat and sleep. We are not talking about the god that resides at discreet locations. We are talking about the One and only True God, whom such questions cannot even apply to.

The transcendence of the True God is infinitely beyond the transient imagination and scientific analysis (often flawed, for that matter) of man. In fact, even angels are beyond most of man’s capabilities of reasoning. God is however in ever aspect of His attributes INFINITE. There is absolutely NOTHING finite about God. Get this clear in your mind, as you can never ever even speak of the true God without realizing that He is the infinite of the infinite. We humans however being entirely finite beings are grossly inadequate to even begin fathoming the infinity of the true God.

To better understand why we are unable to fathom God, one should realize who by definition, God is. By definition, God is All Powerful, All Mighty, All Supreme. Being all Supreme , we cannot think of any idea or principle governing God, because if a principle did govern God, that principle would be Supreme over God, and the one who subjected “god” under that principle would be greater than God. We are not talking about the god who is under principles. We are talking about the True God who has subjected everything and everybody else under HIS principles. Therefore the true God is under NO law, under NO principles, and is under NO constraint. In fact, the reality of law, and the idea of principles were both created by -------- GOD! Humans are under principle and law because our Creator, God, created principles and laws and subjected us under them. God is however, a law unto Himself. His will is His law. And by the way, His will is also infinite.

All humans had a beginning. All created things and beings including angels had a beginning. God however had no beginning. The idea of a beginning does not and cannot even apply to God. God is infinitely beyond the reality and concept of a beginning. In fact, God created the concept of a beginning, and limited humans’ understanding to things and ideas which have a beginning. God existed before the concept of a beginning existed, therefore God could not have had a beginning. Impossible to understand? It is suppose to be impossible for you to understand because it is impossible for you to be God to understand it. Again, you are finite, and pretty low at that.

Does God sleep and eat? Whoever even raises these questions prove our last statement in the above paragraph. Such a person is extremely and disgustingly ignorant and foolish. Sleeping and eating are bodily functions God has created and bound natural beings under. In fact, angels do not even sleep nor eat in the sense that we do. One who thinks of God in such terms has not even entered the path of true understanding and cannot even be thinking of the True God who created heaven and earth. Sleeping and eating are concepts that biologist (many whom are atheists) even find difficult or impossible to verify in certain species among the animal world. Such questions about God show that such an asker is seeking to pathologically debase God below His own creation. Such an act is not the product of finite understanding, but inanity, insanity, and contemptible depravity.

Many atheists go so far as to blaspheme and say that God commits murder when He for example, allows a fatal vehicle accident, or brings on deadly natural disasters. But the idea of murder, the very concept, does not and cannot even apply to God. God is infinitely above those whom murder can apply to. God cannot sin. Again, God is infinitely over the concept of sin. God CREATED the principle of sin, and God created the phenomenon of murder. He does not instantiated sin, however, but satan and humans do, and that incessantly. Before God created the principle of sin, and before God created the phenomenon of murder, neither sin nor murder even existed, - but God did. How then can God be a sinner? When God created His Law He outlined His expressed will for the beings He subjected to that law, and He defined sin to be that contrary to His Law, and murder to be that sin which transgressed His specific commandment to those beings. He then created these beings, and placed them under His Law, but it is ridiculous to think that He placed Himself under this law too. If God was under the principle of sin, so that He could be judged a sinner, as atheists would like to do, sin, which God created, would be greater than God. It is fundamentally impossible for that which is created to be greater than its creator.

I need to make what I have stated about God creating sin clear. God created His Law and God defined transgression of His Law as sin. From this basis, God created the possibility of the reality of sin, but He did not instantiate sin, and so before His creatures instantiated sin, sin had no existence. Satan, the father of sin, was the first to instantiate sin, or rather, the first to digress from obedience to God. That is all sin is. Sin is simply disobedience to God. God of course cannot disobey Himself, so God cannot be sinful. Murder is disobedience to God. God cannot disobey Himself, so murder cannot apply to God. So again, God created the possibility that sin could be performed, but satan, and then man, actually brought sin into practice, and made it a sad reality within their own existences.

One may ask then, if God created the principle of sin, did God create the principle of righteousness? One should realize that righteousness is an attribute of God, because God has no opposing attributes. Since righteousness is one of the infinite attributes of God, God’s righteousness is not the same as human righteousness. We are righteous when or if we abide by the righteous laws God created us under, namely the Ten Commandments. God is not righteous because He “keeps” the Ten Commandments, however, but instead He is righteous because He is GOD and because righteousness is His by nature. Again since God created the Ten Commandments, He is not subject to the Ten Commandments. He is therefore infinitely greater than the Ten Commandments which He has placed man under. God’s righteousness is not based on obedience to any law like our righteousness is, but instead God is righteous because He is God, and He is a Law unto Himself. Since righteousness is one of His attributes, He is therefore righteous.

To recap, let’s say then that God is righteous because He is God. He cannot sin because sin cannot even exist on His infinitely high level, and because sin is defined by Him as disobedience to His own Law for the creatures He placed under that Law. Sin is always an act against God, and since God cannot act against Himself (because He is a God of order, and not a God of confusion), sin cannot even apply to God. Righteousness is an always existent attribute of God, and He therefore cannot act contrary to Himself.

Those who then say that God is a murderer and sins, are in danger of eternal punishment by this very God in the Lake of fire, and are deplorably ignorant of who the True God is.

The True God whom true Christians realize exist, and therefore worship, is not the created god, nor the god who murders through natural disasters (satan is a god who murders through disasters, such as in the case of Job), nor the god who had to be created, nor the god who sleeps, sins and eats. The true God whom true Christians worship is the God who has created all these things, and by definition and by His Awesome power and attributes is supremely over all of these things. It is an utter failure to even address the true God with such limitations even in mind.

I don’t think it is necessary for me to go any further in expelling the fallacious mindset of those who call themselves atheists. But since atheists have sunk culture into such a deep pit of deception, I must go just as deep in disproving their idiocy.

Consider this idiotic question, intended to confound people who realize the supremacy of God. Atheists will ask, “Can God create a rock too heavy for Him to lift?” They then say, if He can, then He is not all powerful, and if He cannot He is also not all powerful. Before I answer this question, let me ask you atheists, “Do YOU create mistakes too major to fix?” The answer is yes, and it happens all the time. Humans and especially atheists constantly dig themselves into holes too deep to exit. And you know why? Because they are full of disorder and discord. God is NOT a god of disorder and discord. Therefore to ask can God create a rock too heavy to lift is to ask can God do that which is foolish and disorderly. Thank God, God cannot deny Himself, therefore He cannot do that which is foolish and disorderly because He would no longer be a God of order and harmony. Is God then not all powerful because He cannot be disorderly and foolish? This is a stupid question, because it is God’s supreme and mighty power that prevents Him from being disorderly and foolish. Creating a rock too big to lift is not a characteristic of the true God that Christians worship and cannot apply to God. Man does stuff like this, but God being a God of harmony and order, cannot suspend His supreme nature to condescend to the inanity of atheists by creating a rock to big to lift. That’s the awesome power of the God I worship!

I hate to even discuss some of the depraved and demonic questions atheists try to use to dishonor God. Nevertheless for the sake of argument, let’s consider the stupid question atheists ask, “Can God destroy Himself?” This question is similar to the above. Destruction of one’s self is foolishness, disorder, discord, and therefore cannot be a characteristic of the true God who is a God of harmony, order and righteousness. Atheists are virtually asking can God stop being God. NO, and thank God, He cannot! It is God’s awesome power which maintains His status as God. Atheists commit suicide all the time because of their mental haywire. But such doesn’t exist with God, and cannot because such is not an attribute of the true God that Christians worship.

God has a “limit” as atheists wish to call it, and that “limit” is that He cannot deny Himself, and He is faithful, orderly, and righteous – without limit. To maintain this “limit” requires awe-inspiring power, because creatures which do not have this limit do deny themselves, and are full of discord and unfaithfulness. It takes God to maintain this infinite and holy “limit” if, that’s what atheists wish to call it. Most questions atheists ask concerning God cannot apply to God, and shows that they either have no concept of the true God, or wish that He wasn’t who He is. I think it is the later.
